Prior to her career in real estate, Kim spent over 15 years in management and business consulting roles at Accenture, and later as a Director for 170 Systems Inc (now Kofax). Her years at Accenture as a Project Manager taught her how to keep complex projects on time and within budget, and she developed management skills that are now used to successfully guide real estate clients through the buying and selling process. Her experience in the business world also gave her the necessary financial skills to negotiate deals with the right strategy.
A native of Massachusetts, Kim grew up in Marblehead and after extensive travel in the US and abroad for business, she confirmed that there was no better place to settle down and raise a family. Her deep knowledge of neighborhoods, schools, and local contractors has clearly been an asset to her clients.
